Happy Trails

I bought the puzzle because of the graphics and thought the changes would be minimal. The changes were extensive and did not add to the overall aesthetics of the picture. It definitely was more challenging because of the changes but not overly so.

Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy Happy Trails. This was actually one of my favorite puzzles to assemble. I guess I like the big changes that add a surprise while assembling.

With that said... our objective is always to make the aesthetics of the jigsaw puzzle image better than the box cover image. Sometimes, we have found this to be subjective. Often times, when reviewing one image prior to another people will tend to prefer the first option they viewed– just part of human nature. It's difficult to overcome that in some situations with our PuzzleTwist concept. But we do try.

Also, we tend to have more elements in the puzzle image with the attempt to make the overall jigsaw puzzle experience more fun. We're not trying to make the puzzle increasingly difficult or impossible to assemble... just a little added challenge and a few surprises to make it more fun to put together.

We do appreciate you giving PuzzleTwist a try and we're sorry Happy Trails did not measure up to your expectations.

My boyfriend found this puzzle for me at a gas station in rural Wisconsin Clam Lake to be exact it was so much fun we’re gonna look into buying more keep up the great work .
